Pratt & Whitney To Launch Global Flight Test Hub

Pratt & Whitney [UTC] Canada (P&WC) will launch its global flight test operations hub Oct. 4 in the new world-class Mirabel Aerospace Centre in Mirabel, Quebec. A host of invited political, business and industry dignitaries will mark the opening of the first phase of P&WC's state-of-the-art center. The $360-million center will also later house an assembly and test facility with advanced manufacturing technologies where P&WC will assemble and test the PurePowerr PW1524G for the Bombardier CSeries and the PW800 engine…
