Boeing's [BA] Millennium Space Systems in El Segundo, Calif., said on Monday that it has finished preliminary design review (PDR) of the company's low Earth orbit Fire-control On Orbit-support-to-the-war Fighter (FOO Fighter) constellation, which is to be a key part of the Space Development Agency's (SDA) Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA).
