Parsons To Acquire Electronic Warfare, Cybersecurity Firm BlackSignal Technologies

Parsons Corp. [PSN] on Tuesday said it has agreed to acquire BlackSignal Technologies in a $200 million deal that will add to the company’s work with the Defense Department and intelligence community. BlackSignal is based in Northern Virginia and is expected to generate $95 million in sales in 2024 and be accretive to Parson’s adjusted earnings. The transaction is expected to close in August.
