Parsons Completes Acquisition Of SPARTA From Cobham

Parsons Corp. yesterday said it has completed its $350 million purchase of the systems engineering and services firm SPARTA from Britain’s Cobham, giving it a big boost to its advanced technology and professional services portfolio.
