NuWave Acquires Analytics Company ProModel Government Services

NuWave Solutions on Tuesday said it has acquired analytics software solutions provider ProModel Government Services in a deal that further scales the small company and adds predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities with franchise customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. NuWave, which had about 160 employees before the acquisition, added about 90 more from ProModel, including senior management. ProModel, which is based in Allentown, Pa., provides its software solutions primarily to Defense Department and other national security customers going…
