Northrop Grumman Completes Acquisition Of Australian Defense Firm

Northrop Grumman [NOC] late Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of Qantas Defence Services Pty Limited, expanding the company’s footprint in Australia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Northrop Grumman said that the acquisition will not be material to its outlook this year. Qantas Defense Services provides integrated logistics, sustainment and modernization support mainly to the Australian government and military customers.
