NCI Completes Purchase of Certain MTC Assets

NCI, Inc. [NCIT] this week said it has completed its acquisition of an Army contract and related personnel from MTC Technologies [MTCT], which helps clear the way for BAE Systems' pending acquisition of MTC. Terms of the asset purchase and its impact on 2008 financial results will be discussed at NCI's first quarter earnings call next month. NCI announced the deal last week (Defense Daily, March 13).
