Navy Awards Raytheon $51 Million RAM Block 2 Missile Contract

The Navy recently awarded Raytheon [RTN] a $51.7 million low-rate initial production (LRIP) contract for Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2 production, the company said in a statement. The firm-fixed-price contract, not competitively procured, is for 51 Block 2 MK-44 Mod 4 RAM guided missile round pack all-up-rounds, according to a Navy statement.
