MSA Intends To Sell Its North American Ballistic Helmet Business

MSA [MSA] Friday said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell its North America ballistic helmet business. Terms of the deal and the potential purchaser's name are not being disclosed. MSA expects to complete the transaction within the next 45 days.
