The Senate Appropriations Committee chairwoman yesterday urged her colleagues to quickly pass the Bipartisan Budget Agreement this week so her committee can begin its work writing an omnibus appropriations bill to fund the federal government at updated fiscal year 2014 levels before a Jan. 15 deadline.
