ManTech Beefs Up Cyber Security Services With KCG Acquisition

ManTech International [MANT] on Tuesday said it has acquired Knowledge Consulting Group (KCG), a small firm focused on providing cyber security services to the public and private sectors, in a deal aimed at strengthening its cyber capabilities.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ManTech said it expects the acquisition, which was funded from cash on hand and an existing line of credit, to be slightly accretive to its 2015 financial results.Before the acquisition, Northern Virginia-based KCG touted itself as being…
