ManTech Acquires Small Company To Bolster Cyber Defense Capabilities

ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has acquired Tapestry Technologies, a small Pennsylvania-based company that gives it additional capabilities in cyber defense solutions and adds new customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tapestry, which was founded in 2005 and is a woman-owned small business, has about 150 employees with security clearances that will expand ManTech’s existing cyber security talent base.
