Lockheed Martin Receives Air Force Contracts for JASSM and LRASM

Lockheed Martin [LMT] on Feb. 22 received a $428 million U.S. Air Force contract for 400 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Munitions (JASSM) in Lot 19 and a $414 million contract for 137 AGM-158C Long Range Anti-Ship Missiles (LRASM) in Lots 4 and 5. The latter is a foreign military sales (FMS) contract for Australia, which is to employ the LRASMs on its Boeing [BA] F/A-18 aircraft. Australia has been looking to buy up to 200 of the LRASM.
