Lockheed Martin Completes Acquisition Of i3 Hypersonics Portfolio

Lockheed Martin [LMT] on Nov. 25 said it completed its acquisition of the hypersonics portfolio of Integration Innovation Inc. (i3), expanding its capabilities in hypersonic weapon systems. Lockheed Martin also named Mike Wicks, the former CEO of i3, as vice president of the Hypersonic Engineering & Accelerated Technologies program within the Hypersonic Strike Portfolio of Lockheed Martin Space.
