LMI Acquires Federal Consulting Firm JJR Solutions

LMI on Wednesday said it has acquired JJR Solutions, a small business management consultancy serving federal clients, including Defense Department and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. JJR, which is based in Dayton, Ohio, has about 120 employees. LMI provides defense and other federal customers with digital and analytics solutions, comprehensive logistics support, and management advisory services.
