L3Harris Receives Space Force Software Contract to Meet ATLAS IOC, Planned for September

The U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command has awarded L3Harris Technologies [LHX] a nearly $90 million cost-plus-fixed fee contract through October 2027 with two option periods for the Advanced Tracking and Launch Analysis System (ATLAS). "This delivery order provides for developing, integrating and delivering mission thread software within ATLAS to meet ATLAS initial operational capability [IOC] and to achieve software stability," according to a Wednesday contracts announcement.
