L-3 Link Awarded Army Contract To Add UH-72A Lakota Simulation To AVCATT

L-3’s [LLL] Link Simulation & Training (L-3 Link) Wednesday said it will retrofit one Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT) suite with UH-72A Lakota Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) simulated platforms under a contract from the Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training & Instrumentation. The initial upgrade will be at an Army National Guard (ARNG) AVCATT suite housed at South Carolina National Guard Base in Eastover, S.C.
