Kratos To Acquire SYS Technologies

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions [KTOS] said yesterday it plans to acquire SYS Technologies [SYS] in a stock-for- stock transaction that will expand the companies portfolio of C4ISR and combat systems service and solution offerings. The deal is expected to close by the end of June and is subject to the approval of shareholders of both companies.
