Kaney Aerospace Acquires Motion Control Unit From Esterline

Kaney Aerospace on Wednesday said it has acquired BVR Technologies from Esterline Corp. [ESL], adding actuation and motion control subsystems to its product line.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.BVR supplies a range of aerospace gear products, utility actuators, and flight control servos for use on commercial and military aircraft.
