Integrated Battle Command System Completes Milestone: Raytheon

The Integrated Battle Command System [IBCS] completed a milestone, Raytheon Co. [RTN] announced. During the "System Functional Laydown" to the Army customer, Raytheon and its subcontractors presented a system software and hardware architecture, establishing the system baseline, which is a prerequisite to the IBCS design.
