Indonesian Military Partners With Australian Firm To Develop, Build Roads

Global Road Technology Road Stabilization

In an Australian first, infrastructure firm Global Road Technology (GRT) said Monday it has been commissioned by the Indonesian military to build and develop roads across more than 900 miles (1,500 kilometers) of the nation’s border regions for civilian use with its specifically developed rapid deployment road stabilization technology. GRT won the contract ahead of five other multi-national firms--including a Chinese consortium--to apply their road stabilization development technology in some of the most challenging conditions on earth, the company said…
