The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, is releasing a draft Request for Proposals for a five-year, multiple award contracts for the advanced development and manufacturing of therapeutics on the path to licensure or market approval for the indication of treating neutropenia arising from acute exposure to ionizing radiation or Acute Radiation Syndrome.
