Goodrich Completes Acquisition Of Atlantic Inertial Systems

Goodrich [GR] this week said it has completed its purchase of Atlantic Inertial Systems (AIS) for $375 million from the private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Co., bolstering its capabilities in guidance, control and navigation systems. J.F. Lehman acquired AIS from Britain's BAE Systems in Aug. 2007.
