GD Completes Purchase Of Force Protection

General Dynamics [GD] yesterday said it has completed its $360 million acquisition of Force Protection, expanding its tracked and wheeled military vehicle portfolio and its vehicle services. GD expects the deal to be accretive to earnings next year. Force Protection is now part of GD’s Land Systems division, which has 9,500 employees worldwide.
