First F-35 For The U.K. Rolled Out

The first Lockheed Martin-[LMT] built F-35 Lightning II for the international program recently rolled out of the factory and is scheduled to be delivered to the United Kingdom next year, the company said recently. The U.K. Defence Ministry is buying the short-take off and vertical-landing (STOVL) version of the F-35 and is a level one partner in the development program, based on the country's financial stake.
