FEMA Invites Comments on IPAWS

The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) invites comments regarding the technical specification for the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) federal Common Alert Protocol. The 60 day public review ends on May 2. IPAWS is the nation's next-generation public communications and warning capability. Sol. No. HSHQDC-09-R-00059.
