The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is soliciting research proposals that meet the requirements of the Chemical and Biological Defense Initiative Fund (CBDIF) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) and the Physical Science & Technology Division New Initiatives BAA for fiscal years 2008 through 2010.
