DRS Wins $12 Million Contract To Upgrade Electronic Warfare Equipment For U.S. and Australia E/A-18s

DRS Technologies Inc. was awarded a $12 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production and delivery of up to 180 Joint Tactical Terminal-Receivers (JTT-R) for U.S. Navy and Australian EA-18G aircraft, the company said on Jan. 22.The contract is to include PTT-R production engineering, test set racks, fixtures, and tooling.JTT-R is an ultra-high-frequency receiver that provides near real-time, over the horizon threat data for situation awareness and assessment, the company said.
