DRS Closes Acquisition of Soneticom

Finmeccanica's subsidiary DRS Technologies yesterday said it has completed its acquisition of Florida-based Soneticom, Inc., which provides geolocaton systems, wireless communications and digital signal processing systems and capabilities. Terms of the deal, which was first announced in May, were not disclosed.
