DoD Strategic Capital Office Opens Loan Application Process To Strengthen Supply Chain

The Defense Department’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) on Monday released its first Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), kicking off the application process for companies seeking to scale production of technologies deemed critical to national defense. OSC has $984 million available to loan under the NOFA, which also sets forth the eligibility criteria to participate.
