DoD Report Calls For Improvements In Lift, Cyber and Irregular Warfare Capabilities

The Quadrennial Roles and Missions Review Report, released Jan. 29, is a precursor to the 2010 Quadrennial Defense Review, a periodic analysis of national security strategy, force structure and budget needs.
