The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) has issued a solicitation for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase 1 proposals. The objective of the program includes stimulating technological innovation, strengthening the role of small business in meeting research and development (R&D) needs, and increasing the commercial application of Homeland Security supported research or R&D results.
