The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking sources in several areas related to the collection of chemical and biological warfare agents. The agency seeks sources to develop materials collection guides that will be based on comprehensive reviews and analysis of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive literature. The guides will be used as reference and provide guidance on the collection, preservation and stabilization of CBRNE samples from humans, animals and contaminated environments.
