DHS Seeks Services from Service-Disabled Vets

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gain knowledge of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) in advance of department-wide indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services under the program name PACTS. The program will be a set-aside for SDVOSBs. The services provided under PACTS will include strategic planning, program assessment, project management, logistics support, contingency planning, resource management, change management, acquisition support, risk assessments, and more.…
