DataPath Shareholders Approve Purchase By Rockwell Collins

DataPath, Inc., said last week that its shareholders have approved the acquisition of the company by Rockwell Collins [COL] with the closing date still expected to be during the second quarter of 2009. Rockwell Collins said in early April it planned to acquire DataPath, which provides satellite communications network solutions to military and commercial customers, in a deal valued at $130 million (Defense Daily, April 2).
