General Dynamics Mission Systems, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is awarded a $43,957,454 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-only modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-20-C-5603 to exercise options for the sustainment of the littoral combat ship Integrated Combat Management System and associated combat system elements. Work will be performed in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (85%); San Diego, California (14%); and Mobile, Alabama (1%), and is expected to be completed by August 2023. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000,000 (65%); and fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $550,022 (35%) will be obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $1,550,022 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
