Cobham To Acquire U.S. Trivec-Avant Corporation

Cobham, a U.K. based company, recently announced that it will acquire U.S.-based Trivec-Avant Corporation (Trivec) for $126 Million, a leading global supplier of sophisticated UHF satellite communication (SATCOM) antenna systems according to a press release. Cobham added that Trivec's SATCOM technology, product range and customer base are complementary to Cobham's Antenna Systems strategic business unit.
