The Coast Guard’s newly acquired commercial icebreaker departed the shipyard June 3 on its maiden voyage, the service said on Wednesday. The Coast Guard Cutter Storis (WAGB 21) was acquired last December from Edison Chouest Offshore, entering into service (Defense Daily, Dec. 18, 2024).
