Coast Guard Has Yet To Finalize Costs For Commercial Icebreaker, GAO Says

Even though the U.S. Coast Guard is ready to put its first commercially bought polar icebreaker into the water, the service has not detailed the full costs of the program nor an expansion of the polar icebreaker fleet, a government auditing agency said on Thursday.
