CBP Seeks Proposals For Mobile Video Surveillance System

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) this week issued a Request for Proposals from small businesses for the Mobile Video Surveillance System (MVSS), which would consist of a day/night surveillance capability on a mast that would be installed onboard Boder Patrol 4x4 vehicles for use wherever they can safely maneuver.
