CBP Awards Small Contract to Computerize Workers’ Comp Claims

MicroPact received a $300,000 contract from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide its entelliTrak Workers' Compensation software to computerize workers' compensation claims. MicroPact says its software will cut processing time to a "fraction" of what it takes CBP to file and process claims manually. The new software will allow CBP employees to file claims online and have their managers approve the claims on line. MicroPact says its software will also allow CBP to analyze how quickly claims are resolved…
