CACI Creates Two New Business Groups

CACI International [CACI] yesterday said it is creating two new business groups, one C4ISR Solutions and the other Mission Systems and Services, to pursue strategic growth opportunities across all of its markets. The new groups are being formed out of the current Mission Systems Group, which is led by Karl Johnson, a CACI executive vice president, who is remaining with the company in a special advisory role until his retirement in July. The organization change is effective on April 8.…
