CACI Completes $1.3 Billion Acquisition Of Defense Electronics Company Azure Summit

CACI International [CACI] on Wednesday said it completed its $1.3 billion acquisition of Azure Summit Technology, adding capabilities in radio frequency technology and engineering. Azure, which has more than 300 employees, has locations in Northern Virginia, and Melbourne, Fla.
