Booz Allen Hamilton [BAH] announced on August 2 that it has been awarded a contract supporting cybersecurity and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SCC Atlantic), a naval engineering command.

The announcement brings the company’s totally number of Full and Open Pillar contracts to four at SCC Atlantic. The contracts are aimed at a “range of full system lifecycle support activities,” according to a company release.

The most recent contract has a total ceiling of nearly $900 million with a yearlong duration. It may be extended one year at a time for up to four years, giving the project a potential end date of July 2018.

The contract will enhance cybersecurity and information assurance for the Navy, Marine Corps and other Department of Defense divisions. It will also support research, development, production and fielding of C4ISR systems.

In addition to the most recent cyber contract, Booz Allen’s three additional pillar contracts at SCC Atlantic are for decision superiority; business and force support; and battlespace awareness. The company has been working with SCC Atlantic for 20 years.
