Booz Allen Hamilton [BAH] on Monday said it has acquired PAR Government Systems Corporation (PGSC) in a deal that will provide more defense technology solutions to the tactical edge. PGSC was a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation [PAR], which said the $95 million cash transaction closed on June 7.
