Boeing To Acquire AerData To Further Bolster Aviation Services

Boeing [BA] on Monday said it has agreed to acquire Netherlands-based AerData Group, a provider of software solutions for lease management, engine fleet planning and records management, adding to its capabilities in aviation services for commercial aircraft operators. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
