Boeing And SkyHook International Announce Major Milestone

Boeing [BA] and SkyHook International Inc. yesterday announced that the design of the SkyHook Heavy Lift Vehicle (HLV) has reached the configuration freeze milestone, meaning the aircraft's overall performance and layout have been established.
