Biden Details $8 Billion ‘Surge’ In Weapons Aid For Ukraine, Including JSOWs

President Biden on Thursday announced plans for nearly $8 billion in new weapons aid for Ukraine, to include providing Kyiv with RTX [RTX]-built Joint Standoff Weapons, an additional Patriot air defense battery and expanded F-16 pilot training.
