Berry Plastics Introduces Peel-and-Stick Blast Protection System

Berry Plastics Corp., a provider of flexible films and tapes, has introduced the X-FLEX Blast Protection System, a peel-and-stick solution designed to absorb energy and mitigate debris hazards during a significant blast event. The new product was developed through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers. Berry Plastics says the fiber-reinforced polymer composite is engineered for adhesion to CMU, brick and other surfaces and performs well across a wide temperature range and divers environmental conditions.…
