The Department of Health and Human Services' Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) has issued a solicitation for the advanced development and manufacturing of therapeutics for the indication of treating neutropenia arising from acute exposure to ionizing radiation, known as acute radiation syndrome.
